As the Burdur MAKÜ Family;
On 06.02.2023, a relief campaign was initiated with the theme We Heal the Wounds Together in our Hatay province, which is among our provinces most affected by the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, and with the Soup Kitchen we established, soup and meal services were provided to the earthquake victims. Academic and administrative staff of our University, as well as our students, who said "I also want to contribute to the soup", participated in this campaign by making conditional donations, and the collected donations were used only for the purchase of food supplies.
The relevant relief campaign initiated by our University ended as of 21.03.2023. The amount of conditional donations collected and the details of the expenditures made until today have been presented to the public within the framework of the accountability and financial transparency principles of the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018 and other related legislation. We thank all our benefactors.
